About the Artist
A. H. Johnstone lives in rural Northamptonshire with her husband, three children, and seven cats. She is also a freelance editor, an independent author and part-time Viking with The Bifrost Guard historical reenactment group.

Anna self-published her first book, Charon Unguarded in January 2018, where it was taken on by a small press. Her second book was released in November 2019. More information can be found on her author website.

AnnaProofing Ltd has been up and running for three years. Anna is self-employed and operates her business from home, providing a range of services to independent authors and students.
Part-Time Viking
Anna joined the Bifrost Guard in October 2015. The group specialises in the Viking era of the tenth century and takes great pride in the authenticity of our kit, living-history displays, and the standard of the crafts we produce at home and at shows.
Her viking persona is Icelandic and produces examples of handspun wool, naalbinding, and tablet weaving. She also produced some of her own leather-worked kit.
